Client secondments

Client secondments play an important role in expanding and institutionalizing our strategic client relationships and developing our legal skills. Interest in secondments should be discussed with the relevant partner, with requests and approvals managed through the ServiceNow portal. HL Global Mobility

HL Passport is our program for Associates and Senior Associates. Each year, approximately 15 lawyers are selected to undertake a secondment to another Hogan Lovells office for up to three months. HL Passport is an opportunity for secondees to experience another jurisdiction, expand their network, gain valuable insights, and build relationships with clients and colleagues across borders – all while fostering greater collaboration at our firm. This award-winning program offers our people the chance to develop a global perspective, expand networks, and foster a culture of collaboration.
